An Information Technology Practitioner with leadership experience in IT Public Policy, Corporate Industry Forums, Information Technology Standards, & Program Implementation. He is a Chevening Fellow on Cyber Seurity and has been nominated twice as ISOC Ambassador to Internet Governance Forum.
In the current role of specialist in Corporate Industry Forums & Standards Cell, TATA Consultancy Services he manages the secretariat of ISO Sub Committee on Software & Systems Engineering. He is also the Convenor of Advisory Group on COmmunications & Outreach in ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 7.
Extremely passionate on capacity development initiatives in Internet Governance, he has been the Chair of ISOC Kolkata Chapter and currently is the Chair of India Internet Foundation. The Foundation is a research think tank and works on issues directly impacting the trust on Internet.

Anand Raje
Chief Technology Officer
Anand Raje is an entrepreneur, solution architect, mentor having 16+ years of experience in Computing and Internet technology design, development, research, and its innovative implementations. He is Co-Founder, Director of BASIS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Co-Founder (Trustee) – CTO – India Internet Foundation. He was earlier worked as Senior Consultant – NIC WBSC, E-Governance Projects, VeHere Interactive and NIIT as Security and Academic Consultant, Cyber Peace Foundation as Head-Internet Governance Initiatives. Raje is associated with various professional organizations and communities – Internet Society, ICANN, IETF, Hyperledger Kolkata.
Worked on large scale e-governance G2C, G2G problem statements for various government departments and enterprises. Researched and applied optimized algorithms for cryptographic framework implementations. Professional experience encompasses technology consulting to enterprises, governments, law enforcement agencies, Internet Services organizations, Internet Exchange Points, Academia & Research Institutions. His leadership experience blends with technology innovations and an interest in volunteering for societal causes and capacity development.
Participated in as well as organized multiple International Technology forums, workshops and conferences, and he has received fellowships from ICANN, ISOC, APRICOT, APSIG and IETF. He was involved in implementing Indian IETF Capacity Building Program (IICB). Contributed towards hosting South Asia Network Operators Group (SANOG 34), INSIG 2019 and India Internet Week 2019 in Kolkata. His technical community contributions involves contributing towards hosting India’s first L-Root anycast instance, community Internet Exchange Kolkata IX.

His special intetest on Universal Acceptance (UA) is recognized through his current position of UA Ambassador from India.
